OPEN POSITIONS
Pay: $22–$25/hour
Type: Seasonal, Full-Time (October–January)
As a Crew Lead, you’ll supervise a small team and ensure each home or business looks spectacular. You’ll manage installs, ensure safety, and deliver top-quality results.
Requirements: Leadership skills, experience with ladders/roof work, and a valid driver’s license.
Pay: $18–$20/hour
Type: Seasonal, Full-Time or Part-Time
Installers work alongside Crew Leads to hang lights, install garland, and decorate rooflines and trees.
Requirements: Comfortable on ladders and roofs, dependable, and willing to learn.
Pay: $15–$16/hour
Type: Seasonal, Flexible Hours
Lighting Assistants help prep materials, test lights, organize décor, and assist crews on-site.
Requirements: Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to lift 25–40 lbs.
